Day 7: A Picture of Your Most Treasured Item

This one was seriously tough. I finally decided on this:

This is my mother's original wedding band. My sister has the other half (the engagement ring) . . . . my parents have since gotten new bands. Hence the reason my sister and I have inherited the ring. I NEVER EVER wear it because it scares me to death that I might ruin it or lose it somehow. Someday I hope to incorporate it into my own wedding ring. Tender, I know :)
